- Blacklisting: Violators may be placed on a government list that could make it harder for them to do business in the UAE.
- Missed Fees: Companies will be required to pay any Emiratisation-related financial contributions they might have avoided earlier.
- Legal Action: Depending on the severity of the offense, the MOHRE might even refer the case to the Public Prosecution, potentially leading to court appearances.
